Finding a good lender is crucial to your home buying experience. A good lender will take the time to learn about your financial goals and put your interest first, even if that means that they will make less money on the loan. A good lender will be truthful and tell you what you need to hear, which is not always what you want to hear. A good lender will take the time to explain things to you so that you have a good understanding of your future loan. Ask your realtor, or visit my Lending page and find out who I recommend.
