Watch The Pets

Almost everyone loves pets, but that does not mean that everyone loves your pets! When you get buyers in your home, you want them to spend some time inside of it, not hurried so that they can get away from your dog or cat. Some people have allergies and cannot be around them. Sometimes, more attention is payed to the pet and not the house.

So, what to do? At the least, have them crated inside the home in either the garage or basement. But, ideally, have them out of the house. This can be harder to do, but I would recommend a pet sitter. They are usually very affordable. They can come right into your home and take your dog for a ride etc. If that does not work, maybe board them for the day. But usually that is more stressful to your animal. Another alternative may be to have a relative or neighbor watch the pet while the showing is occurring.
